No upfront registration fee is required. We operate on a commission-based model, with transparent fees deducted from each sale.

• Standard payments are made every week.
• You may request early payment if eligible.
• We also offer payment on collection in some cases.

• We can arrange courier collection directly from you, depending on the agreement.
• We handle delivery to the customer.

Yes! We support sellers who want to reach buyers in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, and more.

You can:

• Submit product information manually via our seller form.
• Send a bulk CSV file.
• Or integrate with your existing store (e.g., WooCommerce or Shopify) — we’ll assist.

Returns are coordinated through BulkUp. If an item is defective or returned, we’ll communicate with you directly to resolve it fairly.
