When checking out, simply select “Store Pickup” as your delivery option — available at participating pickup locations. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a notification via SMS or email with collection instructions.
🕓 Pickup Notifications
You’ll be notified when:
- Your order is packed and ready for collection.
- Your pickup location details and times are confirmed.
- Any delays or changes to your pickup schedule occur.
📍 What to Bring
To collect your order, please bring:
- A valid form of ID
- Your order confirmation (printed or digital)
- The name and phone number used when placing the order
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, let us know in advance and ensure they have your order confirmation.
❗Important Notes
- Orders not collected within 5 days may be cancelled or subject to a storage fee.
- Store pickup is fast, and secure.
- Only available at selected locations — check availability at checkout.
